Speaking and Facilitation Services

An experienced, authentic and inspirational speaker (other’s words, not mine!) I am available to speak at conferences, workshops, leadership training, retreats, wellness events, webinars, lunch and learns, and everything in between. I am also an engaging lecturer having lectured on undergraduate and Masters level science papers at the Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management (CNELM) for several years. If we haven’t already met, you can learn more about me here, and book a chat at the bottom of this page.

When speaking – whether it be to a large crowd or a more intimate group – my aim is to connect and energise attendees to create actionable change to support their own wellbeing and that of those around them.

Here’s what some people had to say after hearing me speak

It is a pleasure to have met you, and heard from you personally your story. So authentic, vulnerable and raw. I am full of admiration for your courage to share with us and gratitude for you that you did so. Stay true to yourself because you are amazing.

IWD Event Organiser, Tauranga

Bronwyn, your talk was truly inspirational. Thank you so much for sharing your deeply personal journey with us. I also seem to derive my self-worth from the number of “things” I have done and achieved. You have given me the motivation and courage to try and be myself.

Delegate, IWD event

Great workshop, especially in the current circumstance and thanks so much for forwarding the resources and recording to reflect on. I applaud Bronwyn for being open and honest and her willingness to share her own personal story to help others understand and come to terms with what they may currently be facing.

Tauranga Chamber of Commerce

Both incredible sessions and they will live in the memory and thoughts far beyond the event. Thank you for both being so brave, an honour to share the stage with you.

XeroCon London 2019 speaker

Didn’t know I needed it but so interesting and informative

Bronwyn related the material well to the audience, noting the challenges of time as an in-house lawyer, and that it’s about improving eating habits rather than reaching perfection. The advice was clear and practical.

ILANZ

Bron seamless integrated into our leadership team at our recent team offsite, quickly building rapport, sharing her knowledge and educating us on the power of food and mood for performance. It was extraordinary how Bron seamlessly delivered a cooking class, imparted practical  tips and tricks that we could use at home, and inspired us with the data behind why we were eating what we had for lunch that day.  There was no post-lunch low as Bron next led us through our next session on values, which set us up as a team for healthy and constructive debate in our final workshop session.  I wasn’t actually sure how the day would pan out, but I shouldn’t have had any concerns as the incredible food, inspiration and rooting in values took us the place we needed to get to as a team.  I’m hugely grateful for how Bron partnered with me to deliver such a successful experience for us as leadership team.

NZTE

We engaged Bronwyn Hudson as a keynote speaker for #Bookkeepcon23 as wellbeing is important to our members and educating our members on food for the betterment of our mental and emotional health was a refreshing topic.  Bronwyn was realistic in her approach, knowledgeable and an engaging speaker who left us feeling empowered, enlightened and excited. We absolutely recommend Bronwyn to other event organisers
