As a  qualified nutritional therapist and certified mental health coach, I believe that a balanced diet and lifestyle underpin many aspects of our health and wellbeing. I provide personalised nutrition and wellbeing programmes to support the health and happiness of people.

You could have a diagnosed health condition or symptoms relating to chronic fatigue, gut issues such as IBS or IBD, or neurological concerns such as anxiety, depression or ADHD.  

Or you could simply be looking to escape cravings, fatigue, poor sleep, yo-yo dieting, brain fog or anxiety. You may be looking for a calmer relationship with food and a more compassionate relationship with yourself – unpacking the weight of shame you may be carrying around.

Either way – I am here to provide gentle, non-judgemental guidance and support as you progress on your wellbeing journey. I meet you where you are at and journey alongside you as you take committed action towards the person you want to be, living the life you want to live.

I’ve found most of my clients really respond to our 1:1 sessions which serve as education, motivation, inspiration, and accountability all in one. It helps them bust down barriers and provides the support they need to put my recommendations into practice in the real world.

The sessions will take place via Telehealth video conference from wherever in the world you are. Or, if you’re in my area I have clinic space in Albany by appointment.
