I help mums every week who are feeling exhausted and yet giving so much to their families to feel energised and inspired. I help strategise ways to find time for YOU and how to best use that time to really increase health and happiness, ways to embrace and cherish motherhood (whether you are a single mum, a working mum, an at-home mum…) and foster a sense of being more than ‘just a mum’ (but don’t get me started on that commonly used phrase…being ‘just a mum’ is the most special and privileged job a woman could ever have)!
I also work with Mums and Dads to encourage healthier eating habits for the whole family, from packing school lunchboxes, tips for creating adventurous eaters, ways to get the kids on board, and enjoying family meal times. I have experience with many food allergies and sensitivities and share ways to accommodate those, while working on building optimal gut health, if this is a consideration in your family (we ALL need better gut health…I’ll teach you why!).

Consultations are done via Skype or phone, wherever in the world you are. You can stay in your pj’s, no need to put on any make-up, load the kids in the car or get a sitter to make it to this appointment! I can find a time that works for you around your family life – including evening and weekend appointments.
