About

Bronwyn Hudson

Kia ora  and hello – my name is Bronwyn Hudson and I’m passionate about connecting the dots between food and mood: how what we eat and how we feel affect each other.

It’s a journey I’ve been on for more than 20 years – guided by my lived experiences and the real world challenges people face relating to health, finding balance in this busy world and adopting change.

I’m no stranger to these challenges myself, as a wife and Mum of four I’ve navigated many with my whānau (family), such as multiple international relocations, gaining my Masters of Science, starting my own clinical practice with a newborn in tow, recovery from a serious injury, my own anxiety and panic attacks and supporting my husband through mental health challenges.

Today, I am committed to living an authentic life full of fun and love with honesty and integrity, striving to be the best version of myself so I can positively impact and inspire others to do the same.

Bronwyn’s unique approach

With clinical training in Nutritional Therapy, Functional Medicine and Mental Health Coaching, I have made it my mission to help people connect their dots between food and mood.

For many people it begins as a journey of self-love and self-compassion. They need to believe they are worthy of looking after their wellbeing.

From there I expertly weave evidence-based, personalised nutrition and lifestyle medicine advice with empowering coaching techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

It’s not about complicated diet plans that you don’t have the energy to follow or restricting certain food groups unnecessarily. Instead, it’s about supporting you to understand that the food – mood connection goes both ways.

The fuel you put in your body can have an impact on both your short-term mood and your long-term health.

On the flip side, how you feel often dictates your food choices and without a positive relationship with food you can get caught up in cycles of anxiety, guilt and shame around eating.
